SierraSil is adding a Customer Service Associate with strong communication skills to our team.

The right candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a winning positive attitude, be service oriented, a team player and be reliable.

  • Develop presentation and selling skills at trade shows and other events.
  • Work with a team of ethically minded and service driven people that all work together to improve the lives of people suffering from joint pain and stiffness.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Answer inbound consumer and retailer calls, providing product education, closing sales and/or making referrals to retailers, and completing follow up calls
  • Tracking all call information and completing quantitative and qualitative data collection
  • Product demonstration and answering customer questions at tradeshows and events
  • Support social media, tracking influencers, recommending follows, monitoring SierraSil
    Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms
  • Prepare communications to promote SierraSil activities
  • Demo SierraSil products at trainings or other retail opportunities
  • Reports directly to Brand Manager


  • MUST have good communication skills and possess strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset but not a requirement.
  • MUST have a positive attitude along with patience when interacting with our customers and with people in general
  • MUST be comfortable working in a small office environment
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree is preferred. However other education combined with work experience will be considered.
  • Possess strong interest in health and wellness

This is a full time position that will start as soon as we find the right candidate. Hours will generally be from 8am to 4:30pm with occasional weekend or evening work for trade shows and other events.

Salary will be determined depending on qualifications.
