STATEMENT OF POLICY: It is the policy of SierraSil Health, Inc. to sell its products only to retailers that resell our products at not less than 85% of our suggested retail prices (SRP). It is SierraSil Health Inc.ʼs unilateral decision as to whom it shall sell its products. We reserve the right to decide unilaterally to refuse to do business with, or terminate, any retailer that does not sell our products at a minimum of 85% of our suggested retail prices.
